Class Offerings
Katie offers a variety of classes to suit your needs and make the most out of your sessions. All levels of experience are encouraged and welcome in the Pilates Kitchen.
In-person and Virtual sessions available.
Apparatus and mat-work dependent upon accessibility.
Private Pilates sessions
In-person or virtual @ studio or home
In a private session you will receive an individualized class customized to address your personal wellness goals. Katie will work with you to develop an effective Pilates practice that will help you achieve your goals and get you to feeling your best in your body.
Duet Pilates Sessions
In-person or virtual
Moving with a friend still allows for individual attention, but with an extra motivator! In a duet session you will be able to move with a buddy to help you both achieve your personal fitness goals.
Trio Pilates Sessions
In-person or virtual
Three may be a crowd in a real kitchen but not in Pilates, it makes for an intimate group-like atmosphere with the ability to receive individual feedback. If group classes and/or private sessions feel intimidating for you then a Trio is the perfect way to meet in the middle of the two.
Group Mat Class
Virtual
No equipment required for this class, just need your body and a space to move! You will be moving through Pilates mat work with the ability to modify the exercises to work for your needs and movement abilities. You are able to join from any location, but note that class times are in Eastern time zone.
Dance Conditioning
In person or virtual
This is designed specifically for dancers to improve their technique through strengthening, increasing body awareness, and working on mobility to prevent injuries. Katie will work with you to develop a program curated around your needs and goals as a dancer.
